SENATE BILL NO. 206 "An Act relating to registration plates and                                     
parking permits for persons with disabilities and to illegal use of                                 
parking spaces for persons with disabilities" was read the second time.

Senator Cowdery, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Transportation Committee Substitute offered on page                                 
2220. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 206(TRA) was                                        
adopted and read the second time.                                                                   
                                                                                                    
Senator Taylor, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous                                   
consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third                                    
reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so                                   
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 206(TRA) was read the third time.                                            
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 206(TRA)
